When taking the very popular Strengths Finder Personality traits test a few years ago, Emily’s top trait was “context.” This trait is described as “people strong in Context enjoy thinking about the past. They understand the present by researching its history.” This perfectly explains why Emily loves all things data and research.
Emily holds both a B.S. in History and a B.A. in Photojournalism from Southern Illinois University. For the past ten years her career path has taken her from photography to environmental education and places in between. She enjoys using her broad background to help with a little bit of everything at Huber’s – from research, to website updates, photography, and some marketing design.
When not compiling spreadsheets, Emily, (her camera), and her husband, also enjoy tending their garden, backpacking, kayaking, skiing, and French press coffee.
