We built Nancy’s father’s house 30 years ago, her first house in 1995, and her brothers house in 2003.  In 2009 her father passed away leaving her the home from her childhood.  The home and neighborhood was very dear to her, but it didn’t fit her modern style or needs at the time, so she decided to remodel it and have us continue our tradition of building for her family.  We kept nothing but the original foundation, bathtub, and first floor framing. From glass countertops, to unique built-ins, this home became a truly customized home. This showcase home has a lot of fabulous features that truly highlight the superb building techniques utilized in every home that we build. Every detail was selected with a specific purpose to reflect Nancy’s personal taste and what she holds close to her heart. Do you notice the subtle wave patterns throughout the house?
